Workouts

Current scheduled workouts are Monday through Friday at 4:15pm. We meet outside or just inside the entrance to the Rec center.  Also, be sure to check the Facebook group for updates!


Typical workout distances:

Mason Trail: 3-5 miles (out-and-back)

Poudre-Elizabeth Loop: 6 miles

Poudre West: 5-7 miles (loop or out-and-back)

Spring Creek Loop: 4-5.5 miles

Spring Creek East: 4-6 miles (out-and-back)

Bison Loop: 8.5 miles

Pineridge Loop: 10 miles

Track Workouts (3-10 miles)
